Boasting a glorious history of 600 years, the city of Pune has come a long

Jewish Synagogue : The Lal Deval Jewish Synagogue is a famous tourist
attraction in Pune. The synagogue was built by David Sassoon in 1867. It is
a fine example of the Gothic style of architecture. Jews being very small in
number, the Jewish Synagogue is rarely in use here.
» Saras Baug : Saras Baug is the place where you can
come across with a number of Puneites in the evenings. The park also houses
the Ganesha Temple that was erected by Madhava Rao Peshwa. Rolling lawns and

Pune is easily approachable through air, rail and road routes. The airport
at Pune has direct links with Delhi and Mumbai. The air journey from Mumbai
to Pune spans 20 minutes. From Delhi, it takes 2 hours to reach Pune by air.
